Sure, it's still cold outside, but it's March none-the-less, and that means it's time to clean house. Clean out your closet, dig out your Spring clothes and find yourself a job at someplace that is as amazing as you are. Here are seven awesome companies hiring in March.

What they do: Signpost is an online advertising platform that tracks every email, call, credit card transaction and social media interaction between a business and one of their customers.

Why you want to work there: First off, that's a pretty sweet foosball table. Second off, having met a good number of Signposters, I can attest that they're a good bunch to work with.

Note from the boss: "We look for candidates who want to be evaluated on their impact, not politics or hours and those that care about making a difference for local business customers." — Andrea Kayal, VP of Marketing at SignPost

Coolest Perks: The company has monthly happy hours, a generous vacation policy, full health coverage and they’ll also set you up at a pretty sweet, custom workstation.

What they do: Button connects apps and they're super successful at it.

Why you want to work there: The company makes a point of working collaboratively, and takes building a good company culture seriously. When we talked with them, they said, “At Button, people come before pixels — you’ll love it here.” We believe them.

Note from the boss: “At Button, we are changing mobile app discovery & mobile commerce. We look for passionate and thoughtful entrepreneurs who wholeheartedly embrace the spirit of Omotenashi — one of our core values. When emulated authentically, Omotenashi makes a product, process, guest, customer, or employee feel as though the experience they are having is more exceptional than any they’ve experienced before.” — Stephanie Mardell, Director of Recruiting

Coolest perks: Not only do you get a competitive salary, everyone on the Button team gets stock in the company. Then, there are things like free lunch and dinner, 17 weeks of paid parental leave, and an ‘on-demand budget’ of $100 to try out new on-demand apps and services. Cool, right?

What they do: LittleThings is a digital publication featuring feel-good, positive content. If you want to see inspiring, uplifting and engaging content you go to them — and tons of people do. Last we heard, they can boast around 48.5 million monthly readers. They're no little thing.

Why you want to work there: LittleThings makes positive content that influences women across generations. Coming to work in that environment, especially in Midtown, is a welcomed rarity. Plus, their office has important things like video games, a tree house, pingpong tables and plenty of windows.

Coolest perks: In-office massages — need I say more? Because I totally can: You can bring your dog to work (assuming it's not the size of a bear), you get free catered lunches, free snacks and coffee. Oh, and I'm not sure I can stress this enough, in-office massages!

What they do: Stack Overflow is where software developers go to learn, share their knowledge and advance their careers. If you're a software developer, you probably already know all about them.

Why you want to work there: By providing developers with a place to work through coding problems, you're helping create a better internet. Since we're all pretty much living our lives on the internet these days, you are, by transference, pretty much responsible for all the good in the world. Plus, they're just a really cool company.

Perks: How does a ton of paid vacation, flexible hours, stock options, completely free health insurance, an in-office espresso bar and free lunches sound? Not good enough? You'll also get your gym membership reimbursed, your transportation reimbursed and, they promise to never, ever, poke you with a very sharp stick.

What they do: Demand Media builds platforms for some pretty impressive websites. Think sites like eHow, LIVESTRONG.com, Cracked, LEAF, Society6 and Saatchi Art.

Why you want to work there: If you're ambitious, and want to work in a high-paced environment at a company that's going places, look no further. If you're lazy and uninspired, it's probably not a great fit.

Note from a company insider: "At Demand Media, we are dedicated to our mission of building platforms for communities of creators to reach passionate audiences! We’re always looking for ambitious, driven, self-starters who want to be on the leading edge of large and growing lifestyle brands, including Cracked, eHow, LEAFtv, LIVESTRONG.COM, Saatchi Art and Society6. Our dynamic team of employees is energized by their ability to work in a fast paced, highly flexible environment where their work can help shape the future of the internet — how it's created, consumed and shared!" — Alex Moore, Corporate Communication Manager at Demand Media

What they do: WayUp connects students with part-time jobs, internships and full-time entry-level jobs.

Why you want to work there: If there was an award for best team building in New York tech, WayUp would be hard to beat. I mean, did you watch the video of their team doing the Macarena, shooting guns and playing flip cup on their summer retreat? Plus, you'll get to say you helped tens of thousands of youngsters start their careers.

Note from the boss: “People who fit in and do well at WayUp are entrepreneurial, creative and out-of-the-box thinkers, no matter what their role is. They are very hard-working (we're not a 9-5 company — we're a startup), and are fun/interesting people who like to have a good time, no matter where they are. If you like making a difference in the world, then WayUp is probably a good place for you to check out." — Liz Wessel, Co-Founder and CEO of WayUp

Coolest perks: In addition to some pretty sweet looking company retreats, the company has set aside stipends for employees to take General Assembly classes.

What they do: Moat is a SaaS marketing analytics and intelligence company.

Why you want to work there: People who work at Moat are all about disrupting markets and improving the status quo. They're also all about having fun in the process.

Note from the boss: "Ideal candidates are thought-leaders who are intrinsically motivated to break boundaries and seek out a stimulating challenge. We’re a product-driven organization, so candidates who share this passion and are looking to push the limits of technology would fit well with our culture."  — Jonah Goodhart, CEO

Coolest Perks: The company has an annual retreat to Montauk, goes on company happy hours and has company sports teams. How cool is that?
