Sometimes, the best way to move up in your career is by exploring opportunities at a different company. And in the land of startups, getting into a company at just the right stage could land you a senior level position before you know it. If you're ready to take the leap and put in the work, consider applying for a job at one of these five fast-growing New York startups.

What they do: CB Insights runs a tech market intelligence platform that analyzes millions of data points and predicts trends in technology.

Coolest perks: Subsidized health insurance, 401K with matching and profit sharing, yearly education stipend, commuter benefits, lunch Stipend, awesome team building events and a 3D printer.

A note from the company: "Strong drive, big brains and small ego can be a rare combo, but that's the recipe for success at CB Insights," said CB Insights COO and co-founder. "We're a team that's constantly striving to make each other better, and the results of this approach speak for themselves: over 100 percent year over year growth without lighting money on fire."
