This edition of the ‘Make it in Brooklyn Pitch Contest’ is focused around food innovation, and will take place at Gotham Market at the Ashland in Downtown Brooklyn. For a chance to win $5,000 cash, you should apply if your food startup addresses issues around things like sustainability or agriculture.

The Future of Fundraising and Investing: Equity Crowdfunding, March 29 at 6:00 p.m.

Women 2.0, Republic and Product Hunt are coming together for this event surrounding investing and fundraising. At this panel, you can learn how to fund your startup from featured speakers, which include Pearachute founder Desiree Vargas, Raceya founder Abigail Edgecliffe-Johnson and iDisclose founder George Quinn.
