About the Role:
The objective is to maintain and grow revenue for assigned agency holding company.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strong working relationship with existing agency brand teams utilizing 4C services.
  • Penetrate existing brand teams by selling full suite of product portfolio.
  • Target and sell unsold brands within assigned holding company as assigned by sales leadership.
  • Achieve the assigned revenue and accountability quotas.
  • Work closely with the assigned agency team(s) to ensure proper customer satisfaction and product usage.
  • Produce proposals in the agreed upon format that reflect the client’s scope of work for each sales opportunity.
  • Collaborate with finance to produce contracts in accordance with the scope of work and with company policy.
  • Maintain salesforce.com reporting as directed by the sales organization.
  • Maintain and produce expense reports as directed by company policy.
  • Up-sell new products (using internal subject matter experts or other internal resources as necessary).
  • Gather competitive intelligence.
  • Others, as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications. 
  • Working knowledge of agency operations and digital media buying.  Activation experience with paid social advertising a strong preference.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of high level selling techniques to include prospecting, strategic selling, presenting and closing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SFDC applications required. Fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. 
  • Two to five years of sales or senior account management experience.
  • Customer centric personality, high drive and self starting experience required. 
  • Board-room presence, team-oriented, customer-focused, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects. 
  • Be action and results oriented. 
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to form deep relationships with clients.
