About the Role:

We’re looking for our first dedicated Account Manager. This role will focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and growing revenue streams from active CloudReady users. You will be the primary point of contact for all customers; you will reliably connect them to all online resources and personal support they need to be successful. Your goals will primarily revolve around:


  • Customer satisfaction

  • Upsell rates

  • Retention (renewals)

You will also be expected to help create and implement ongoing customer communications, making sure that our users have all the information they need and keeping communication channels open. You’ll enhance the onboarding process for all new customers to ensure our joint success.

About You:


  • You value the impact that retention and upsells have on top-line revenue for the business

  • You are intrinsically motivated to hit upsell and retention goals with a customer-first attitude

  • As the only Account Manager, you thrive on the opportunity to take ownership of a new business segment; this means everything from basic data integrity and upkeep to establishing a personal relationship with some of the largest organizations in the world

  • You know that our customers are relying on you so no phone call will go unanswered and no email will go unread

  • You’re experienced (we expect the ideal candidate to have 6+ years of account management) and understand exactly what it takes to be a great Account Manager with little to no guidance

  • You’re a fantastic communicator and will be working alongside our Sales Operations and Business Development leads
