About the Role

The Account Manager role at Eyeview is not your typical AM job. As a company, we challenge the industry every day to push beyond the norms of video advertising, and as a part of the Account Management team, you will be challenged to stretch your capabilities and skill-set daily to ensure the success of our clients.

Our Account Managers are a self-managed team of individuals that interface with nearly all internal departments. They are the critical external point of contact for all campaign initiatives, truly owning the entire campaign process from beginning to end.

Eyeview Account Managers are project management gurus that continuously expand their knowledgebase, leaning on the expertise of our Strategists, Analysts, Tech and Media teams, to educate our clients on our dynamic capabilities, and in turn, represent our clients internally to guarantee best-in-class service from all angles.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client objectives and own campaign performance from conception to completion, including on time delivery of high quality campaigns
  • Run all cross-functional meetings and escalate issues appropriately
  • Manage workflow of kick-off calls, solution execution, data reviews and all optimizations and escalations for your campaigns, including building recommendations and action plans
  • Keep customer satisfaction high and keep in front of growth opportunities
  • Bring new learnings to the AM team to maintain high product knowledge and industry acumen

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of digital account management experience, preferably online video or rich media; and an understanding of creative campaigns, integrations and technologies.
  • Diligent work ethic; motivated and ambitious with a can-do attitude at all times
  • Expert organization, problem solving, task, and time management skills
  • Ability to deliver under pressure
  • Eager to engage our clients
  • Excellent communications skills, both on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
  • Ability to keep clients front of mind and adapt within a hyper-growth environment
  • Experience with all MS Office applications
    • Expert proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables)
  • Detail oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Data and Measurement Vendors preferred
  • Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
