With a $20M Series-B led on the premise of scaling our business teams, we’re excitedly looking for a world class Account Manager to join our small team. You’ll be responsible for managing the relationship with our most active and important customers, partnering with Sales to onboard new business and working with internal teams to ensure retention and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of Supplier accounts, fostering long-term business relationships with Kinnek supplier partners
  • Deliver a proactive touch-point strategy to drive product adoption, training, and - most importantly - account growth and renewals
  • Monitor the overall health of Supplier accounts, tracking usage and supplier satisfaction and providing internal teams periodic updates on the health of our Supplier Network
  • Be an expert on Kinnek’s products, services and systems to skillfully communicate to suppliers the value of Kinnek’s platform
  • Act as our primary customer advocate, driving cross-functional teams across development, product management, and support

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Strong belief in a proactive and KPI-based approach to handling clients and addressing problems
  • Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
  • A passion and deep understanding of customer service and business growth tactics
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Phenomenal organizational skills
