LearnVest at Work is seeking an Account Manager who will work within our B2B brand to help build and support our new/current client base. LearnVest at Work is LearnVest's corporate financial wellness program. The program is designed to help your employees take control of their money, so they can focus on what matters — at work and in their lives.

Reporting to the Head of LearnVest at Work, this role is heavily involved in the sales lifecycle and would include project management, sales planning/pitches, face-to-face client interaction, marketing, & rollout strategies. You will be working cross-functionally between internal teams at LearnVest, that would include technology, design, product, marketing, and other relevant departments to build these programs. This role will allow you to provide financial wellness across an employee base and provide reports, ad-hoc requests, seasonal engagement campaigns, and planning/executing events.

  • Successful coordination and/or leadership of internal resources to ensure timely rollout of new or enhanced services

Responsibilities

Client Services

  • Understand LearnVest at Work’s priorities and execute to successfully achieve these goals
  • Understand the client’s requirements for satisfaction regarding service delivery and serve as a customer advocate for client’s needs within LearnVest
  • Prepare and present client business plans and service reviews and ensure execution of objectives and goals of the plan
  • Actively mobilize LearnVest resources to drive accurate and timely resolution of client service requests and issue resolution
  • Maintain an up-to-date issues log for each client and other established tracking tools such as pipeline documents
  • Maximize client’s use of existing product and services
  • Obtain thorough understanding of client’s employee benefits strategy (i.e., plan design, company demographics, benefits goals)
  • Manage plan maintenance requests
  • Maintain current client data in CRM system (Salesforce)

Project Management

  • Provide project leadership and management for activities such as plan set-up, plan changes and customization for plan complexity or service improvements
  • Ensure timely updates of project status are provided to client (i.e., coordinate and lead periodic project status calls)
  • Ensure prompt identification and resolution of project issues
  • For new client implementations, participate in implementation meetings, serve as client contact for issues concerning ongoing services and provide insight on the impact of certain decisions on services
  • Inform and train LearnVest Planning Services of service rollouts, communication strategies, unique plan rules and features, and service issues impacting participants

Client Reporting

  • Facilitate the creation and distribution of client-specific reporting (including delivery of quarterly reports to all Sponsors)
  • Draft requirements for client-requested ad-hoc requests, review results and distribute
  • Analyze period report data for trend information and work with internal team to design a strategy for enhancing results

Client Events and Client Support

  • Provide onsite support at client events for things like employee seminars and benefit fairs.
  • Ensure sponsors receive invitations to client events and are informed of all client support services
  • Inform clients of upcoming product enhancements in advance of release date

Participant Communications

  • Work closely with Marketing devise an appropriate communication strategy for the client
  • Assist Marketing in the execution of the strategy
  • Advocate LearnVest best-practices to client for communication strategies

Internal Support and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with call center capacity and staffing management to develop launch and ongoing execution plans that align with client demand and company capacity availability and constraints.
  • Provide sales support as needed to sales team, including outcomes data, help with deck preparation, scheduling product demos and more.
  • Partner with product and engineering team to address technical issues and to help evaluate and manage incremental work requests as relevant.

Prior Experience

  • A proven track record in working with large client relations (Fortune 500, institutional preferred)
  • Accomplishment in the area of project management
  • Experience in financial services or wellness preferred
