As an Accountant in Movable Ink's Finance department, you will be critical in ensuring the revenue generation at this high growth SaaS company. You will own the entire revenue process from billing to Revenue recognition. In this role, you will work closely with the Controller, while partnering with the legal team, Sales and Client Experience teams to navigate the payment life cycle of a client.

Responsibilities of the Accountant:

  • Within three business days, Accurately Invoice per client expectations
  • Reconcile revenue schedules
  • Post Cash Receipts on a daily basis 
  • Develop system solution to manage collections 
  • Facilitate transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite
  • Engage past due clients via phone or email and achieve payment resolution
  • Maintain the Accounts Receivable Schedule 
  • Communicate delinquent account status to Sales and Client Experience on a weekly basis 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience 
  • Accounting Degree
