What You’ll Do

As a part of the Revenue team, the Agency Account Manager will be responsible for
the day-to-day management of assigned accounts, ensuring our clients find and retain the value of using Networked Insights SaaS platform, and adopt best practices that increase their platform usage. Assigned accounts will focus on agency relationships but may also include direct clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring onboarding plan is
    aligned with contracted terms, pricing package, and use cases
  • Develop and grow relationships with client stakeholders
  • Monitor and regularly report account health on book of business, including escalating critical issues and/or obstacles
  • Own account renewal and upsell opportunities to protect and grow assigned book of business
  • Work collaboratively with all NI colleagues, especially others on the
    Revenue Team (Sales, Marketing, Support) and Product Development
  • Understand the connection between analytics, social media strategy and tactics,
    and operational process – both efficiency metrics as well as customer
    business KPIs 
  • Participate in the business development process, leveraging your subject matter expertise
  • Take personal accountability for workload and ability to manage across multiple projects and clients

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong familiarity with digital marketing, media planning/buying/targeting, and/or interactive ecosystem
  • Familiarity with agency company networks (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG) and their subsidiaries
  • 3-5 years experience in consultative client-facing roles
  • Previously worked with customers to develop strategies leading to successful SaaS implementation
  • Proven knowledge of use cases for social analytics and data insights
  • Understanding of social analytics marketing technology and analytics terminology, strategies, and concepts
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Availability to travel as needed to clients and Chicago HQ
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
