We are looking for a Campaign & Promotions Analyst to join our growing CRM team. Reporting to the Manager of Analytics, you will work with our retention team to support CRM initiatives with campaign planning and evaluation. The primary function of the role will be to perform end-to-end analysis of retention campaigns, with actionable business recommendations that drive high customer engagement and improved lifetime value.

What You'll Do

  • Works closely with CRM team to define target customers, measures of success and fulfilment criteria
  • Ensures best practice for sampling and testing
  • Ownership of weekly and monthly reporting requirements
  • Drive insights and recommendations to improve existing initiatives or create new ones through timely and accurate data analysis
  • Tracks customer engagement with promotions and campaigns to understand the overall effects of email programs and retention strategies
  • Works with Email Operations team and Manager of Analytics to enhance automation of campaign execution and evaluation

Characteristics of successful candidates

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Experience with campaign analysis, sampling and A/B testing
  • Highly numerate Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of statistical principles
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working with customer level data and large datasets
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple outputs
  • A logical thinker, organized in approach with impeccable attention to detail
  • Problem solver who demonstrates a drive for results
  • Personable and approachable
  • Quick learner and self-starter

Some other useful characteristics (none of these are essential)

  • Knowledge of AWS Redshift
  • Experience working in ecommerce or gaming
  • Knowledge of the fantasy sports industry
