The Marketing and Customer Experience Analyst is responsible for the processes and analyses that help our teams deliver impactful marketing and high-quality customer support. As a core analyst you will have the opportunity to develop and improve our reporting processes, and be an integral part of scaling our insights at Signpost.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Marketing and CX leadership to drive service strategy, improve operational efficiencies, manage team performance, and create a data-driven culture
  • Serve as the project manager for Marketing and CX initiatives and work with the team to analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans, and act as part of the ongoing team to translate recommendations into results
  • Deliver ad-hoc and recurring analyses and insights, automating reporting where possible
  • Explore data, communicate findings, and develop ways to help people throughout the company use the data they need
  • Work with Operations and Salesforce developer to automate routine tasks for front-line team members
  • Get your hands dirty and troubleshoot any issue that pops up

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in operations, consulting, and/or investment banking
  • Is a systems thinker: excels at developing, implementing and maintaining efficient systems, processes, and teams
  • Tableau experience necessary, strong Excel, Redshift and SQL skills required
  • Excellent communication skills. Can distill and communicate complex topics broadly to management, front-line team members, and everyone in between
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and retention analysis preferred
  • Obsession for delivering an amazing customer experience
  • Great listener
