The Role:
We’re looking for an AR/ AP Specialist to support Rocketrip’s growing Accounting and Finance team. Our organization is extremely fast paced and is growing at a rapid rate. Our ideal candidate has 2- 5 years of similar experience in assisting with collections and invoicing.
What you'll do:- Create and process invoices
- Manage incoming receivables, and maintain records
- High volume client follow-up regarding additional information, and past due or delinquent status accounts
- Own the invoicing process for our customer rewards points
- Oversee new subscription agreements and renewals
- 2-5 years of of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Sense of urgency
- Are in high growth mode, and you will have the the ability to make a huge impact
