The Role

TripleLift is seeking an Associate General Counsel. This role will focus on matters including commercial contracts, policy, privacy, regulatory issues, international operations, and general corporate matters. You will be part of a fast-paced team that engages with all parts of our business. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and liaise closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other stakeholders through the organization. This will be the first in-house legal position and there is significant opportunity for growth.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant legal experience, including prior in-house or law firm experience
  • Licensed to practice in New York and in good standing with the New York Bar
  • Experience with commercial contracts
  • Comfortable with and passionate about technology
  • Strong work ethic, highly collaborative
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with incomplete information
  • Ability to independently drive complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Education Requirement

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
