JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE MANAGER, AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE

LOCATION: NEW YORK, NY

ROLE:

We’re looking to adopt a new member into the Audience Experience family at Saavn! You’ll fit right in if you’re someone who is obsessed with creating memorable experiences for our listeners and will actively suggest initiatives to ensure the same. In this role, your responsibility goes beyond just creating dialog and supporting our listeners through various digital channels (Social media, App store and email). You’re responsible for shaping the brand perception of Saavn in the way you engage in conversations and communicate with our listeners across these channels. You become the voice of Saavn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spot trends to provide strategic insights based on your interactions with our listeners
  • Communicate with multiple teams including product, marketing and content in order to provide the best support and resolution for your customer
  • Brainstorm with the team to draw out an effective plan to implement the Audience Experience strategy

And the last but most important criterion is that you gel very well with our team. We do take this quite seriously!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related fields
  • 1-3 years in a customer-centric industry, preferably in a customer interfacing role
  • A digital native and are one of those who check their Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat accounts at least a 100 times a day!
  • Creative and have a natural flair for writing. You will need to get witty and creative while dealing with tricky customer posts (We love you already if you’re a grammar Nazi!)
  • Authentic and honest. You’re not afraid to be your awesome self, and you can connect with others in a genuine way
  • Inquisitive. You’re willing to learn everything about Saavn product and tools
  • A good judge of the customer’s tone and can fluidly adapt to change your approach accordingly
  • Good at prioritization. You WILL be flooded with multiple interactions across multiple channels
  • Accountable. You take full ownership of the quality of your work and are ever ready to improve, learn and grow
  • A keen learner and are willing to help with side projects if needed
