Position Overview:

As the Associate Manager of Mobile Marketing, you will be responsible for developing campaigns across all stages of the customer lifecycle focused mainly on app content, push notifications, and on site banners. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute creative briefs and strategy for mobile campaigns
  • Execute ongoing testing regimen to continuously improve performance focused on user engagement
  • Partner with creative and product marketing to message Rent the Runway’s brand identity and meet company performance objectives
  • Assist and/or lead in the development of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on performance
  • Explore new and emerging campaign formats and tools to position Rent the Runway at the front of new opportunities in technology and fashion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 1-2 years in ecommerce marketing
  • Hands on experience with mobile strategies
  • Proficiency with Appboy and/or other push notification platforms a plus
  • Knowledge of html/web page building and coding preferred
  • Experience working for the direct-to-consumer division of a multi-channel retailer or subscription-based e-commerce business preferred
  • Knowledge of online analytics/business intelligence tools a plus: Tableau, SQL, etc.
  • Strong bias for action and a get things done attitude
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced and challenging environment
