Description:

The role of the Associate Media Analyst is to build, analyze and support paid social campaigns for a variety of clients.

  • Campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and reporting for a portfolio of managed accounts utilizing the Brand Networks platform.
  • Testing and analyzing key metrics to optimize performance, meet business objectives, and exceed client expectations.
  • Communicating with internal teams regarding campaign delivery data pertinent to client and business goals.
  • Monitoring daily reporting for accuracy.
  • Proactively recommending and implementing changes to ad units, campaigns and processes that improve overall performance.
  • Ensure proper internal tools are utilized for lifecycle of campaign from flawless launch through timely billing in partnership with peers.
  • Actualize and claim spend on the monthly basis and work with the finance team on delivering invoices when needed.
  • Brainstorming new ways to improve advertising and engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

  • Become an expert in the ways of all Brand Networks proprietary applications.
  • Develop an understanding of the social media ad landscape and platforms.
  • Successfully execute campaigns with an attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed client’s key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent field of study.
  • 0-1 years of direct digital or social media experience a plus; experience working in a media planning or buying position at an advertising or media agency preferred.
  • Willingness to learn additional Excel functionality and how to work with large datasets in order to perform quantitative analysis.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with an ever-changing environment.
  • A quick learner who is eager to learn the nuances of media buying and planning and learn the landscape of media technology.
  • An individual who is agile, and is able to pivot based on market changes.
  • Ability to effectively manage time.
  • Energetic, drive to succeed, team player.
  • Passion for media and social with a desire to partner with brands to create connections with their desired audiences.
