About you:

  • Building and launching new categories would provide you with immense satisfaction

Responsibilities: 

  • Create marketplace merchandising strategy working closely with Category Managers, marketing, and design teams at Q to improve customer engagement and drive GMV growth
  • Review and edit marketplace service page content and question forms to enhance clarity, improve consistency, and boost conversion across categories
  • Work with category teams and Partners to create case studies and service specific content
  • Develop events plan, targeting increasing awareness and trial among different Q customer segments and execute against it
  • Ideate and develop category specific and cross-category promotions to drive share of wallet growth and strengthen Q one-stop solution value proposition
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to marketplace leadership team

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience running digital marketing programs with a focus on product marketing preferably on an online marketplace
  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities and familiarity with building marketing calendars and programs with clear milestones and metrics
  • Experience working in B2B settings and building communications with business customers
  • Top-notch written communication skills
