What you’ll do:

As an Associate Support Engineer, you will ensure that our clients and field representatives have stable and responsive technology. You will assist in resolving technical issues in our client facing and internal web applications. You will use your technical abilities to solve problems and become a subject matter expert in our systems. A Support Engineer works with a variety of engineering and product teams to provide a great client experience.

• 2+ years experience in web application development or support
• Experience with Javascript
• Ability to evaluate software, make buy vs. build recommendations, and establish development environments
• Someone who takes ownership of issues and assignments, moves between diverse tasks with cooperation, persistence, and a purpose
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to logically analyze and creatively solve complex issues independently
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to multiple levels of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Skill sets desired:

Experience in one or more of the following:

• NodeJS
• HTML/CSS
• SOAP/REST
• React
• Source Code Management Tools (Git)
• Experience using Selenium or variants for monitoring/automation
• Experience working in an Agile environment
