Benefits Administration Consultant
About the Role
The Benefits Administration Consultant is the subject matter expert that, along with the Implementation Consultant (project manager of the implementation) will own the delivery of on time and accurate new client implementations.
The Benefits Administration Consultant will be responsible for thoroughly understanding a client’s requirements and determining the appropriate configuration of the Namely system to accurately deliver on the client’s needs. This role is also responsible for vetting through the client’s data and thoroughly test the site prior to release to ensure a smooth client and employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate data to determine proper system configuration in regards to historical data, employee information and company level data. Engage closely with the client, the other Consultants, and other internal departments, to ensure full-scope of implementation is understood through our Discovery Questionnaire
- Configure the client site to match the desired set up
- Analyze our client's’ business needs to determine optimal configuration. Work closely with the Benefits / Payroll Consultant assigned to the project as well as the Implementation Consultant to ensure all stakeholders have a thorough understanding of how the configuration of the Payroll and Benefits too may impact the client experience
- Review Plan Summary Documents and past employee enrollment data to ensure proper setup of the platform
- Support the client through their Open Enrollment and site release to employees
- Manage client expectations – never over-commit and under-deliver
- Serve as client advocate within Namely to identify and resolve any concerns that may detract from an optimal client implementation experience
- Effectively transition clients to the Client Success team for ongoing support after implementations are completed
- Accountable for on time and accurate deliveries of all implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous client management experience and experience managing several clients and projects at once
- 3-5 years experience managing Benefits Administration system implementations
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and oral communication
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution because there is always a way to get it done!
