Job Description
Brand Experiences is Refinery29's internal strategy department that services brand partners. We manage the pre-sale proposal, client relationship, program execution and success.
We are looking for a Brand Experiences Intern to join our growing team of creative and marketing powerhouses in our Los Angeles Office! As the Brand Experiences intern, you will gain valuable, on-the-job experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be able to work across all verticals including Beauty, Fashion/Retail and Lifestyle.
This is a paid internship.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in presentation preparation for clients and internal stakeholders
- Compile and select imagery for client proposals
- Work closely on influencer activations from creating talent one-sheets for custom programs to tracking live content
- Manage day to day requests from Brand Experiences team as needed
- Shadow and assist with campaign execution of custom programs
- Manage and track team T&E budgets
- Manage calendar of SVP
What you have:
- Possess excellent communications skills and a go-getter attitude
- Be extremely organized, detail oriented and resourceful
- Have an intimate knowledge of the digital landscape, as well as the essence and brand culture of Refinery29
- Experience in keynote, Google docs, and all Microsoft Office
- Experience in digital media
- Previous internship experience preferred, but not required
