About you:

  • You’re the operational backbone supporting the Q client experience.
  • You manage large scale projects from ideation to execution.
  • You’re analytical and use data to drive decisions. Because of this, you see growth opportunities and operational improvements that are not easily observable.

  • You’re a team player with a whatever-it-takes work ethic. No task is beneath you – from completing a pricing model analysis down to mopping an office floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and improve breakdowns and inefficiencies in day-to-day logistics and operations
  • Develop, implement, and document policies and processes to support CX and to communicate to stakeholders and city teams
  • Conduct independent analysis of our business and operational drivers to uncover new opportunities for better client experiences
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on launches and products
  • Build smart tools and workarounds to address immediate pain points while longer term solutions are readied

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an operations or similar role within a high-output, highly challenging environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a high growth technology startup strongly preferred
