Description:

In this role you will work closely with HR Leadership across both LearnVest and Northwestern Mutual to deliver quality consulting solutions in the areas of:

 

  • Training, Change Readiness, Communications Planning & Implementation
  • Organization Assessment, Design and Development
  • Go-Live Readiness and Execution
  • Culture Transformation
  • Technology Enablement and User Adoption

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and sponsor(s) via formal status reports
  • As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s availability to reach its strategic objectives.
  • Apply tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.
  • Develop and execute communication plans.
  • Execute on activities to support change and transition initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs to support technology implementations.
  • Facilitate meetings, champion solutions and build consensus as the solutions move through various forums to gain approval and acceptance.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4-6 years of relevant OCM experience preferably from a recognized management consulting firm with experience in change management, organizational development, communications, learning solutions, and/or talent strategies.
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business, or Human Resources.

Preferred:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Mac and Adobe).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership.
