About the Role

Eyeview is looking for a Chief of Staff to support the organization both internally and cross-functionally from a business operations standpoint. Responsibilities

  • Create a structure and tools to gather all quarterly department goals from executive team, review with CEO, provide feedback to executives, track throughout the quarter and roll up results
  • Create a dashboard geared to constructive, meaningful, dialogue twice a month with the executive team. Track follow-ups and hold team members accountable for delivery. Schedule and manage any follow up meetings/action items in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate timelines and templates to the different members of the executive management team to gather slides for company board meetings and review with CEO
  • Support CFO and CEO in all communications and support items related to Eyeview’s board, such as meeting materials and coordination
  • Work with CEO and COO for quarterly executive management off site coordination and planning, including action items and logistics
  • Support COO and CEO in creating a dashboard geared to constructive, meaningful, dialogue for all operating rhythm meetings with department leads. Track follow-ups and hold team members accountable for delivery. Schedule and manage any follow up meetings/action items
  • Manage all adhoc initiatives and projects per executive team and CEO’s request
  • Handle ad hoc requests to complete research for corporate development, new business and CEO
  • Manage the coordination and review of all presentation decks. Ensure all financial and sales details are vetted and accurate

Requirements

  • BS, BA or equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm, a business operations role, or industry related field
  • History of helping develop and maintain processes and/or dashboards
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and ability to communicate at all levels & cross-functionally
  • Creative, resourceful and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a detailed, organized and results oriented manner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
