We are looking for a highly energetic, driven professional with strong analytical skills and a bias towards execution to join our team. Succeeding as Chief of Staff at Swipecast means quick thinking, tactful relationship building, and passion for the fast-paced, groundbreaking work environment of a growing and disruptive startup. The Chief of Staff must be comfortable working in a highly visible role and will report directly to the CEO.
What you’ll do:
Execute. Take ownership of some of the most critical projects for Swipecast, liaising with senior leadership and external stakeholders to take your initiatives over the finish line.
Business Strategy. Assess growth plans, understand marketing goals, and push positive progress.
Analytics. Build financial models & drive sophisticated insights pulling on data from various financial reporting systems, including Quickbooks and Stripe. Work with complex data sets to develop financial models, platform usership analysis and board-ready reporting independently.
Communication. Understand internal, client, and investor relationships and anticipate areas of desired client support.
Processes Optimization. Engage in internal discussion: turn the team’s conceptual goals into actionable plans with proactive timelines for completion.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree from a top institution
3+ years of post-undergraduate corporate experience (banking, consulting or accounting preferred)
Strong quantitative skills, including familiarity and proficiency with financial modeling & accounting
Track record of success at every stage of your career
Demonstrated engagement and drive
Ability to prioritize and problem-solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personable and ready to dive into the startup all-hands-on-deck atmosphere
