At Knotch the client is our main focus, and we strive to provide our client partners with actionable insights that make them smarter. The Client Integrations team is one of the fastest growing teams at Knotch, as we continue to help some of the world’s largest brands and publishers understand consumer sentiment, consumption behaviors, and demographic & psychographic information - in real time. Our clients and partners are relying on us to continue to guide their business through our strong data product and insights.

Imagine this...our client just bought a shiny new toy (Knotch!) and it will be your job, as a Client Success Manager, to understand the clients’ goals and to make certain that our teams are providing them with everything they might need to be successful. Our NYC office is in need of a leader who can take charge of key accounts (Brands, Publishers, B2B, B2C, and everything in between), define the vision and roadmap for our clients, and build the team to support it.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of account management and client success experience, client service / ad-tech / agency background, and experience growing and managing a team - data & analytics experience are a plus. Key attributes of a successful candidate are adaptability, the ability to meet deadlines, strong upselling skills, and a passion for finding a balance between client needs and business needs.

For the right person this role offers the chance to service and work closely with top tier clients, impact decisions being made by top companies, and work within a company culture that cannot be found anywhere else.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to manage projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget
  • Serve as the face of the company to the client and establish trust-based relationships with them
  • Assist Brand Partnerships in up-sell opportunities and client engagement
  • Define the objective, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project - including clients’ goals and KPI’s
  • Develop project plans and schedules that represent the appropriate level of detail and task interdependency
  • Document high-level strategies for achieving specific objectives or activities (hierarchical strategy and process flows)
  • Facilitate and lead effective meetings (demo/on-boarding/follow up) with both clients and the internal team
  • Manage change and/or conflict within any project in an effective, timely, and appropriate manner
  • Develop accurate resource planning estimates to effectively manage workload and maximize individual productivity
  • Lead (coordinate, facilitate, and motivate) the efforts of the individual, team, client, and other resources associated with project activity
  • Professionally communicate verbally with a broad spectrum of global audiences
  • Meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quota or reduce churn
