Client Marketing Manager
At Movable Ink we're designing the next generation of contextual marketing tools for email marketers. We work with marketers at some of the world’s leading brands, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, passionate marketer to deepen relationships with our ever-growing client base. The Client Marketing Manager will join the Marketing team and work in lockstep with our World Class Client Experience (CX) team. Fast forward one year. Here's what you'll have accomplished at Movable Ink:
Taken ownership of the client marketing process. Our Client Experience team has done an incredible job of marketing to their clients thus far, and you'll come in to take that to the next level and scale their efforts. You'll need to be creative, detail-oriented, and organized with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
Launched a client community. What's the best ways to show how powerful Movable Ink's tech is? Let our clients tell their stories. You'll build a community to boost customer engagement, enable peer-to-peer support and reduce churn.
Implemented a client communications strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating monthly client and partner newsletters, nurture streams, and updating the Welcome Series on an ongoing basis. You will also work with the Client Experience team to create company-specific emails for large clients.
Driven a measurable increase in product adoption and usage. You will create and deploy campaigns to drive education and usage of existing products, and get the word out about new ones. The Client Marketing Manager will also facilitate product webinars for clients and partners’ account managers to make sure we're all speaking the same language.
Owned the client lifecycle. Work with our CX team to create materials for client on-boarding and ongoing meetings. This will include a owning all client nurture communications and presentation templates, but the sky's the limit on what you can do. Run point on all client events. You’ll plan and host online and in-person events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years Experience in Marketing (SaaS or Agency preferred)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools
