Job Description

As the Associate of Client Success, you'll work closely with some of the world’s largest brands, understanding their goals and assisting them in leveraging Knotch to achieve optimal results while cultivating their relationship and loyalty to us. As we aggressively grow our client base, we're expanding our team by hiring an exceptional individual contributor who will manage and guide a group of our existing partnerships. You will own the execution of our strategy to help our clients derive maximum value from Knotch.

• Spearhead relationships with a roster of top brands and major strategic partnerships
• Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions
• Provide guidance on how to assist clients to use the platform and get the most from Knotch
• Develop creative ideas and ways to deliver exceptional quality and results
• Implement processes and planning and remain informed on client progress
• Partner with the business development team to create an effective process and strong relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

• A passion for data
• 2-4 years of experience managing relationships with multi-million dollar accounts
• Experience owning client relationships end-to-end, including owning and executing on the forecast
• An entrepreneurial mindset and attitude
• An agile work ethic. Things change; you have to be okay with that
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• A desire to build, grow, and evolve with a startup
• A love for problem-solving
• An ability to work independently; self-motivated with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
• An extremely competitive but egoless personality
