We’re looking for an awesome community manager to lead our superstar blogging community to share projects on Hometalk and help people DIY more. Through our platform, millions of people help each other save money, develop new skills, gain confidence and self-reliance, and satisfy their desires for a beautiful home.
Main Responsibilities
- Run onboarding campaigns and community content programs
- Be the face, friend, cheerleader, and closest ally the world’s top DIY bloggers
- Content management and post moderation to ensure full compliance with Hometalk community guidelines
- Track measure and report on all initiatives
- You have strong communication skills; you’re outgoing, friendly, and love working with people
- You have proven experience in influencer marketing and running campaigns
- You have good judgement - you understand others’ needs and know how to take a tactful approach to sensitive situations
- You’re a great writer and super organized. Period.
- You thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback driven environments
- You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth.
