We are looking for a Contemporary Concierge to help drive our fast-growing Contemporary Design category. You will provide high-touch assistance to our contemporary furniture sellers, in conjunction with the Account Management and Contemporary team, by handling important day-to-day tasks that increase their sales on the 1stdibs platform, such as daily and weekly management of their accounts and items. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful individual who will be an advocate for seller success on 1stdibs. This person must love working with people to build and maintain accounts and must be able to remain professional and helpful under pressure.

What you'll do

• Drive seller satisfaction by delivering excellent service on all dealer interactions
• Create seller visibility by aggregating inventory materials (images, object details, content) from sellers and uploading items on their behalf
• Increase seller exposure by assisting with curation of furniture listings
• Track and monitor seller posting, messaging and sales activity
• Maintain regular correspondence with sellers and galleries to help them engage with 1stdibs by responding to orders and inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with research or other tasks to support the overall Contemporary strategy
