The Role

TripleLift is seeking a CPC Stategist to join the growing Client Services team. The CPC Strategist role is an exciting new role where you can directly contribute to the strategy of TripleLift’s growing CPC business. You will own the client pre and post sales and will be seen as the subject matter expert internally here on the team. You’re great at analyzing data to inform optimizations and identifying incremental revenue opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Understand and effectively communicate TripleLift’s value proposition, technology, and partnerships, to help grow clients’ accounts;
  • Close & onboard new CPC customers to self service platform;
  • Partner with Supply team to unlock liquidity through other forms of inventory;
  • Partner with internal teams to improve and evolve the self service platform;
  • Reconcile and bill all self service business on a month over month basis;
  • Act as day to day contact for clients and provide solutions to client issues and questions;
  • Analyze reporting to understand quantitative performance metrics and optimization opportunities;
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to help define features and drive enhancements to the TripleLift platform and product offering;
  • Become an expert on the TripleLift platform as well as best practices for campaign management;
  • Become a thought leader in digital media optimization.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Able to troubleshoot campaigns within TripleLift’s internal platform
  • Able to understand bid strategy and recommend bid suggestions as optimizations to clients
  • Experience optimizing against conversions and bounce rates
  • Attention to detail - Able to review creative at a granular level to ensure assets are brand safe for TripleLift
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including C-level audiences, Sales, Product and technical teams both externally & internally;
  • Proven track record establishing and nurturing strategic relationship;
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on a high volume of requests;
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward;
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments;
  • Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight;
  • Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively;
  • Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic.

Education Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, economics or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Experience Requirement

3-4 years of full-time work experience in digital media.
