CRM Manager

We are currently searching for an experienced, process-oriented, creative problem-solver to join our growing Sales Operations team. As a CRM Manager, you will lead a team to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex business processes powered by Salesforce and connected systems. This role will own the design, adoption, training, and maintenance, of Taboola’s CRM powered sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (eg. sales leaders, and end-users), identify KPIs, design and implement adoption initiatives based around core business practices
- Identify, define, measure and communicate key productivity metrics extracted from the Salesforce ecosystem
- Triage support requests from 300+ Salesforce users across all business units; scope and prioritize a development roadmap that addresses short term needs and long-term strategic objectives
- Assess and analyze field requirements, proactively identify dependencies and collaborate closely with IS to design a suitable solution. Maintain focus on core functionality; identify and deprioritize low-value initiatives.
- Design, lead and ensure a rigorous UAT program for changes to production workflows
- Develop and maintain onboarding programs and materials in support of change management projects and ongoing adoption initiatives
- Coordinate and project manage with Taboola’s Salesforce Support team
- Maintain a detailed understanding of Taboola’s core IS infrastructure and support ongoing connectivity efforts between Sales Ops, IT, and related departments
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience leading Salesforce/CRM projects with a business focus; experience with adoption initiatives is a plus
- Proven ability to build consensus and execute complex change management projects
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to proactively identify and communicate potential conflicts
- Demonstrated ability for creative thinking and effective communication of complex concepts; ability to communicate effectively with developers and end-users
- Expert ability to translate business requirements to technical design; experience managing and prioritizing the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
