Drive CB Insights' growth as part of our Customer Success team

 The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Customer Success team’s management of an account portfolio that include the world’s leading corporate strategy & innovation teams along with venture capital firms. This individual will assist Customer Success Managers in delivering value to our customers through CB Insights software and services. Customer Success Coordinator performance is based on specific metrics associated with activities supporting customer on-boarding, product adoption, expansion & retention. This role may serve as a starting point towards a Customer Success Manager position.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting CSM’s in building customer facing presentation materials, scheduling customer meetings and coordinating internal parties
  • Research activities to improve knowledge of our customer portfolio, customer success methods and industry trends
  • Supporting CSM’s with inbound customer requests
  • Monitoring customer utilization and activity
  • Updating team performance data in account health documents
  • Acting as a secondary contact for strategic accounts needing a high touch support model
  • Providing backup support for traveling CSM’s

 Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A. in business management, finance, economics or similar study
  • Proven results in prior role
  • At least 1 year of prior account management and/or customer success experience, preferably within enterprise software or SaaS
  • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power Point and other office technology tools
