Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and training of new customers to ensure they are setup for maximum success
  • Learn and maintain a deep expertise of Handshake products and best practices to provide ongoing value and support to our customers
  • Maintain and track all projects and documentation
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with new and existing users
  • Monitor product usage and identify areas to drive product adoption across user base
  • Analyze, organize and communicate customer feedback to the Product, Engineering and Sales Teams

Desired Skills & Experience:

Energetic and results driven, you can quickly think on your feet. You’re comfortable on the phone talking to customers, providing support and feedback while working closely to resolve any problems in a timely fashion. You have the ability to explain technical concepts in a easy to understand manner.

  • 3+ years prior customer onboarding and success experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Experience delivering product training sessions via phone & web conference software
  • Basic HTML & CSS chops (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce 
  • Strong MS Word/Excel skills
  • Able to multi-task and manage shifting priorities on tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a SaaS support environment (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced startup environment while managing a high volume of calls and emails
  • 4 year college degree
