THE ROLE

Do you dream of an easier life? Where groceries magically appear in your fridge, bed gets made and dry cleaning gets put away in your closet? Well you know Alfred exists, right? All YOU have to do is lead the team who interacts with our customers, to put their to-do list in place and their mind at ease. This isn’t as easy as coming home to a clean and tidy home, but for the right leader, it will come pretty damn close.

You will manage a team and projects, respond to customers and own decisions to ensure your ideas come to fruition. Then, you will pick apart your work based on real-time data and iterate. Through your daily decisions you will fundamentally change the customer experience.

You will:

  • Build out and manage our existing CX team
  • Help to measure KPI’s
  • Productivity and volume improvements
  • Work cross functionally with logistics, engineering, and product

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Have 3 - 5 years relevant experience, including management experience.
  • You get your kicks from being meticulous, detail-oriented, and supremely organized.
  • You problem solve in your sleep and love juggling multiple things at once.
  • You have the ability to work with all sorts of personalities and love helping people get the job done.
  • You’re passionate about Hello Alfred's service and flexible enough to get your hands dirty.

Location

Two blocks up from Battery Park, Alfred is no more than a ten-minute walk to water south, east, and west. Our office is easy to get to with many subway lines, ferries, and the PATH within a short walk.
