About you:

You have experience building and owning effective lead generation strategies cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, driving leads through the sales pipeline.

Passionate about AdTech and a PPC expert who has managed agencies or scaled paid marketing inhouse.

Experienced in B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You are hyper-focused on leveraging data to inform where to invest marketing dollars and drive high-quality leads.
You have a customer-oriented approach to growth, balancing the need to drive inbound volume while ensuring a high-quality user experience and brand representation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own lead generation planning, execution and strategy, aligning with sales strategy and revenue goals to ensure the greatest possible success of Q Demand Generation campaigns.
  • Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads resulting in revenue.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (digital & programmatic advertising, content syndication, social media, email, direct mail, webinars, etc.) in coordination with the rest of the marketing team.
  • Manage the oversight and deployment of Q’s digital advertising budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Take ownership of and report on key metrics and progress towards goals. Adjust strategy based on performance data to optimize advertising spend based on Marketing and Q's overall growth goals.
  • Own the development of landing pages, advertising assets, A/B tests and integrated campaigns that drive high-quality lead generation in collaboration with other Marketing team members where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in demand generation, digital and PPC, and measuring performance; B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Awareness and understanding of account-based marketing strategies and tactic a huge plus.
  • An appetite for growth and proven success driving inbound lead generation.
  • Salesforce, Looker and Marketo experience preferred.
  • Clear, concise communication skills, particularly written communication, are a must.
  • Analytical in nature—someone who is relentless about measurement.
