Founded in 2001 out of a key French publisher and independent since 2015, Smart AdServer is the only independent full-stack ad technology platform in programmatic and direct sales dedicated to the sell side.
Our unique holistic approach gives control back to more than 700 publishers and ad networks worldwide allowing them to innovate and optimize all their monetization channels across all formats -- display, rich media, native and video -- and on all screens.
With offices in 10 countries and 190 passionate employees, Smart AdServer is experiencing tremendous growth (+120% in 2016) and aims to more than double its turnover for 2017 up to 150M Euros.

Missions
As a member of the Demand Management team you’re responsible for generating revenue from a collection of Trading Desks:
- You build strong relationships with American buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of inventory reports and recommendations. You coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners.
- Evangelization: you grow the awareness around our ad inventory offer and create a reputation of excellence for Smart RTB+ in the American marketplace.
- Media Trading: you identify and execute on optimum trading options, including fixed price guaranteed, dynamic and fixed price non-guaranteed RTB, domain recommendations, floor management, etc.
- Ad Offer Development: you collaborate with our Marketing team to build custom ad packages for premium programmatic and support revenue growth.
- Platform Expertise: you build a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace and of the operating of the Smart RTB+ platform. You articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise.
Requirements
- Digital space: 5-7 years of experience in the digital/technology space with a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment. Familiarity with publishers and media owners preferred.
- Entrepreneur minded: Thanks to your digital market understanding, you have strategic insight and strong business acumen. You’re a self-starter, ready for big challenges and have proven creative problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment.
- Multi-tasking: you’re persistent, with ability to manage several projects in parallel and to stay cool under pressure.
- Self-Confident: you’re personable and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- International orientation: keen to work in an international / multicultural environment.
