JW Player is seeking a diligent, self-starting individual with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Reporting to the Director of Digital Analytics & Strategy, you will have an opportunity to work alongside the JW Player Marketing team in performing and analyzing extensive multivariate A/B testing, optimizing SEO & SEM, reporting in Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, as well as help manage paid media & e-mail campaigns. As a college-level intern at a high-growth start-up, your interest in data analytics and reporting, bleeding edge SEO/SEM techniques, and desire to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment will be fully utilized.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide extensive multivariate A/B Testing for marketing & customer acquisition initiatives, including implementation and follow-through reporting
  • Utilize Marketo and Salesforce to aid in performance attribution for e-mail and paid media digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize and streamline Google Analytics instance: create custom reports, goals, events and organize outdated views and artifacts
  • Create SEO-optimized landing pages for the JW Player website in WordPress
  • Build high quality prospect lists for inbound and outbound Sales marketing campaigns

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional academic record and are currently acquiring a degree from a top tier college or university
  • Analytics enthusiast with a desire to break into Digital Marketing with a heavy emphasis on quantitative data analysis
  • Preferably studying Business, Marketing, or Finance with an interest in technology or SaaS business models
  • Ability to think abstractly and non-traditionally about data trends and implications with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving growth environment
  • Experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo) and Salesforce CRM (SFDC) is a plus
