About the RoleThe Director of Business Operations will be responsible for driving cross-functional operational excellence and a culture of continuous improvement by leading the coordination of people, process, and technology from the pre-sales through collections stages. This is a high profile role reporting to the CFO with considerable opportunity to make a significant impact to the organization’s overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive transparency and scalability across the organization by owning the effectiveness and efficiency of people, process, and technology - including managing RACIs, process maps, and conducting regular interviews with key stakeholders. Recommend changes to senior leadership and operational owners
- Develop KPIs and dashboards that help the organization focus on performance drivers. Ensure Sales reporting and dashboards are streamlined, and developed from the company’s agreed-to source of data truth
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly, and annual planning for revenue
- Work on all aspects of operational tools including our CRM environment to enhance sales and operations team effectiveness, enablement, and productivity. Monitors compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data and adds validation controls where necessary
- Work with Management to establish compensation program rules, policies, and procedures. Oversee compensation plan administration including timely distribution of goals and quotas. Establish compensation program rules, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a business process function
- Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce.com as an Admin user
- Exceptional communications skills and ability to generate buy-in within a larger organization
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to evaluate current status and develop gap analysis to create processes improvement
- Must have a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to design and implement people/process/system solutions to complex business problems
