WHO ARE YOU

You use your analytics know-how to inform creative work and apply best practices across the organization. You can provide strategic leadership and drive adoption of new creative practices. As the Director, Creative Research, it’s essential that you have an overall understanding of how analytics can have an impact on the success of brand programs.

You have a passion for bringing people together to ensure seamless collaboration thrive in a culture of innovation. You understand the importance of translating data into insights that address key client business issues in a compelling way. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing high volume data
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
  • A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional aptitude for accuracy
  • Proficiency in statistical software
