As a Director of Enterprise Solutions Delivery, you will be responsible for the successful onboarding, management and overall post-sales relationships of our largest Enterprise accounts.

You will lead a global team of accomplished engineers, focused on delivering outstanding service, and working closely with our Enterprise Sales and Technical Support teams. It will be your mission to deliver value and secure successful ongoing relationships with our enterprise accounts.

Your principal responsibilities will include:

•      Ownership of the overall performance of Yotpo’s Enterprise Solutions global portfolio.


•      Scaling our Enterprise Solutions organization, focused on developing efficient processes and securing the talent necessary to maximize long term growth.


•      Developing deep understanding of the UGC, Digital Marketing and overall business needs of every Enterprise customer.


•      Establishing solid client relationships built through value creation, proactive interactions and overall outstanding satisfaction with our services.


•      Collaborating with R&D, Technical Support and our Enterprise Sales team to accelerate onboarding, and optimize the timelines to deliver value to our new customers.


•      Developing and maintaining a culture of constant learning and growth across the entire Enterprise Solutions team.


•      Assisting our Product team with the identification of new programs/services to enhance Yotpo’s competitive position and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

•      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree a plus but not required.


•      A valid U.S. work authorization


•      10+ years of experience managing complex technical business solutions, providing digital marketing services, client relationship and management experience in high tech industry, with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology.


•      Enterprise management and technical consulting experience is required.


•      5+ years of management experience with remote teams.


•      Ability to travel within the US and internationally.

Qualifications:

•      Experience delivering complex technical business solutions in the Enterprise space.


•      Deep passion for and understanding of the User Generated Content space.


•      Demonstrated knowledge of strategic enterprise account services techniques/processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop solutions, negotiate and manage critical situations.


•      Experience leading high performing technical support services and/or specialist consulting teams.


•      Global account management experience.


•      Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.


•      Demonstrated experience and management of global 2000 customer accounts


•      Leading understanding of bandwidth management and quality of service concepts


•      Passionate and enthusiastic leader


•      Outstanding oral and written communications skills


•      Executive presence
