The job

As Director of Sales Training & Enablement, you’ll help shape Justworks’ sales strategy by partnering closely with the sales staff to support the growth of a rapidly expanding team and overall organization.

What you'll do
  • Train and onboard incoming new sales hires
  • Measure new hire progress via KPIs and performance
  • Ensure new hires are progressing and ramping to plan
  • Build foundation for Justworks Sales Academy and corresponding materials
  • Create a culture of training and enablement throughout the organization
  • Ensure ongoing training of experienced salespeople
  • Own, drive, and develop the Justworks Sales Associate program
  • Build, adapt and evolve career development and progression plans
  • Work closely with VP of Sales and to build annual financial plan and corresponding training and development investments
  • Mentor and develop new hires
Who you are
  • Background in selling and training on HR and health insurance products, ideally in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and/or payroll industry
  • 7+ years in sales training, sales management and direct selling
  • Experienced in training and onboarding large classes of new salespeople
  • You love building things that scale and are repeatable
  • You are extremely process driven and document everything
  • Coaching and developing people comes naturally to you and brings you excitement
  • Analytical – you will not make decisions unless you have the numbers to back them up
  • Track record of improving sales ramp
  • You enjoy high growth environments where change is frequent
  • Leadership comes naturally to you
