Appboy’s Solutions Consulting Team helps demonstrate the full value of Appboy to potential customers. Solutions Consultants act as a technical resource and product expert to support Account Executives throughout the sales process.
Solutions Consultants is on the front lines of Product change. Customer feedback is critical and you will have the opportunity to analyze and report on trends that have a direct impact on future Product iterations.
This is an opportunity to bring your skills as a SaaS Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Account Manager Professional along with high level of curiosity about all things tech, and expand your knowledge of Direct Marketing, Mobile Marketing Automation, APIs and Analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- As an Appboy Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the primary technical sales resource for the Sales team supporting our most important accounts. Our clients span from innovative technology companies to classic enterprise brands.
- Listen, ask smart questions and determine if we can help the prospect
- Ask tough questions that pull out the prospects pains and initiatives
- Map your agenda, talk track and solution overview (demo) specifically to the identified initiative
- Master the technology, industry, and competition
- Ability to travel, do whatever it takes to win, and seek feedback and development to

WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Self-motivation, technical curiosity and an internal drive for success
- Knowledge of a wide variety of technology as a Technical Account Executive, Sales Engineer,
- Solution Architect, or Solutions Consultant
- A high level of comfort in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly
- expanding customer base
- 5+ years total relevant enterprise experience
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally in written
- responses to emails, and RFPs
- An organized, analytical and professional approach and to be able to eliminate sales
- obstacles through creative and adaptive tactics
- People say you’re a great communicator! You have exemplary written and verbal
- communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills. You leave people with the
- impression that you are really listening to them and understand their problem.
- You’re known for being a team player.
- High level of intellectual curiosity. You see opportunity and growth in learning more about
- what you do and how it impacts others.
- You have domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing
- Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML)
