The Job - Employee Success Business PartnerAs an Employee Success Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll help support, develop and care for Justworks’ most valuable asset - our people! In this role, you’ll work on projects that continue to position Justworks as one of the best places to work, partnering closely with management to deliver people-related solutions that drive the success of our business.
What you'll do- Support the Justworks employee base as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), including employee relations, benefits, perks, performance management and special programs
- Partner with managers and executives on the development and rollout of programs that solidify Justworks as a great place to work; champion their use internally
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Employee Success team to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Establish and reinforce best practices that drive employee engagement and retention
- Lead the rollout and execution of the company-wide performance management process
- Identify new benefits offerings that would be beneficial for Justworks employees; build consensus and data cases for their potential and performance
- Present to employees on changes to Justworks benefits and programs
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Be available to our employees as a sounding board and support resource
- Maintain strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations and work with the Compliance team to ensure all paperwork, processes, and company policies are legally compliant
- Represent our core values in every employee interaction

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in multi-location organizations and/or quickly changing and scaling environments
- Demonstrated experience in rolling out employee benefit and performance management programs, employee relations and employment law compliance
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proactive, self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present content to large groups
- Model for compassion and integrity when interacting with others
