Enterprise Account Coordinator
The rapidly growing Enterprise Division is a cross functional team of Sales, Account Management and Business Development professionals responsible for growing Yext’s revenues. With a focus on Fortune 50-500 brands across the United States and global chain businesses internationally, we work with brands across Automotive, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail and more. Yext is looking for Enterprise Account Coordinators to support our Client Services Team to grow and optimize relationships with our Fortune 500 clients. You will be responsible for the tactical volume within the Client Services team allowing the Enterprise Client Services team to streamline our process and exceed our client’s expectations. This position provides exposure to and training in strategic and consultative Client Services at its highest level.
Responsibilities
The role of Account Coordinator at Yext is to provide a level of support for the Client Services Team that allows them to be more strategic with our clients, whilst giving the Account Coordinator the opportunity to take the first step on the Client Services career path. A tactical role with immediate and heavy impact on the revenue organization. The role is varied and high pace, some of the task will include:
- Contract Generation Order form creation
- Operational and technical service ticket management
- Compile quarterly business review data
- Customer credentials
- Compile RFP data
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
- The ability to listen to client and team needs and find solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Great project management and time management skills
- Experience in building and growing relationships Solid verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience executing high quality results in fast paced environments
- Extremely detail oriented
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements
- Proficient in Salesforce
