We are looking for a talented and experienced sales professional to join our Enterprise team. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for growing and upselling existing clients and will work hand in hand with our sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish consultative and long lasting relationships with clients
  • Expand Doctor.com’s footprint within existing clients
  • Create and deliver persuasive client presentations using PowerPoint/Google docs
  • Be abreast of industry trends by mining customer conversations
  • Effectively communicate client feedback internally to drive product innovation
  • Manage existing book of business, upsell additional services and new product builds
  • Manage client requests and trouble shooting

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Successful managing and ‘upselling’ ongoing relationships. Strong preference for healthcare, especially hospitals, ASCs, health systems, or large group practices.
  • Familiarity with healthcare concepts and informatics specific to provider's (NPPES, PECOS, DEA, NUCC)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel and Google Sheets is a strong plus
  • Astute communication abilities; this role requires cross-functional communication with multiple internal departments (marketing design, engineering, finance) in addition to the client facing communication.
