We are looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead the implementation of Flatiron's OncoEMR product for new practices. The Project Management team is the main point of contact for practices during training, implementation, and post go-live until being handed off to our Customer Success team. As the Enterprise Project Manager, you will need to have deep knowledge of Flatiron’s products, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the data feeding flowing into and out of our software and the implications of this information within the context of the evolving oncology landscape. The role will be customer-facing, as well as highly collaborative internally working with Sales, Implementation, Interfaces, Account Management, Support, and Product Management. You should possess excellent customer service instincts, have great communication skills (written, verbal and public presentation), have experience with an organized, sequential, training curriculum, and be comfortable managing a diverse set of stakeholders and project dependencies. Also, you should be open to working flexible hours, as you may work typical business hours one week, and then be expected to travel and make multiple presentations the next week.

This job requires strong organizational skills, a sharp analytical mind, and an excitement for tackling one of the most complex medical and technological challenges of our time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for OncoEMR (technical project management, training, user validation) and contribute to improving our process and playbook for success
  • Understand the workflow of oncology institutions and the functionality of Flatiron Oncology Products
  • Partner with key stakeholders at our practices to develop and execute on the project plan
  • Assess and adapt our approach to site’s needs, training challenges and communication style
  • Lead the collaboration with Flatiron Interface Team for required interfaces
  • Organize, present and track progress on a comprehensive training program (combination of WebEx and on-site training)
  • Oversee entire Go Live process and serve as quality control for each practice's set-up and customization
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with follow up phone calls and ROS visits
  • Assist on data collection projects to support Sales, Account and Product teams with any speciality OncoEMR needs by and consolidating/contextualizing customer feedback
  • Lead special projects with a goal to improve our implementation approach and success as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years software training experience
  • Direct project management experience
  • Healthcare experience (oncology a plus)
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Comfort building close relationships with clients and quickly earning trust / credibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Fast learner who can grasp new material quickly and re-deliver it in an engaging manner
  • Ability to maintain multiple, simultaneous, training schedules
  • Desire to make a difference in cancer care
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more of the time
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with remote demo’s and interactions (WebEx, etc.)
