We need an awesome salesperson to add to our championship roster. Our baseball leader will act as the primary influence on how we shape and implement our strategy in baseball, company-wide. We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with strong relationship building and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Immerse yourself in the baseball community by identifying and attending key tournaments and conferences in the community by having a presence at big tournaments, events, and conferences
  • Ownership of the sales cycles from initiation to closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within sales
  • Some travel required - mostly baseball related events 
  • Extremely comfortable communicating, presenting, influencing and negotiating with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Build business through proactive contacts, which result in meeting/exceeding annual quota targets through sales
  • Utilize strong lead generation capabilities to successfully penetrate clients at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to identify different buyer motivations across various client bases and levels of organizations

 

Qualifications:

  • Top performer: performance ratings in top bucket/ category at prior employers
  • You have relevant baseball experience whether that comes first hand from playing or from working in the industry
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional projects to drive scale
  • High integrity, team-focused approach: collaboration skills to build alliance across company
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, startup environment
  • You live to WIN!

Profile:

  • Hunter not farmer, carve out your own success and be rewarded
  • BASEBALL ENTHUSIAST A MUST! Preferably experience within the baseball industry.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must have 3-5 years experience 
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient with solution selling and full range of sales efforts: prospecting, pipeline, sales process, late stage deals, contracts, and quota
  • Experience closing annual & multi- annual SaaS contracts
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Background in sports is High school/College is preferred

We are located right off of Union Square across from the famous Irving Plaza. Currently, we are working fully remotely.
