The Role

The Event Marketing Coordinator will focus on successfully planning, promoting, and tracking all aspects TripleLift’s corporate event calendar. You will drive the successful execution of TripleLift events by ensuring that all events are executed with precision and purpose. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a master multi-tasker, and loves getting a good deal. The Events Coordinator will be an integral part of our larger marketing initiatives and will partner closely with the Demand and Supply teams to host sponsored and owned events.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage master events calendar and run day-to-day planning for all events;
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and create new event opportunities aligned with larger marketing initiatives;
  • Research, identify and negotiate all vendor contracts;
  • Oversee and track event budgets, expenses, and ROI;
  • Produce creative event promotion efforts and campaigns pre/post event.

Education Requirement

A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Experience Requirement

0-2 years of full-time marketing experience with proven results.
