Our administrative team is the heart of operations at Flatiron Health. We work behind the scenes to keep Flatiron running smoothly and help teams thrive by prioritizing and anticipating their needs. This job requires superior organizational and communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to excellence, and a thirst to learn and develop in a fast paced environment to support explosive growth.

At Flatiron, EA’s are a part of the greater Office Operations team! Our team works together on all employee experience efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to three senior leaders on the Provider side of the business
    • Manage communications and scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, & expenses
    • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between the appropriate internal departments
    • Proactively consider and organize important deadlines, meetings, and necessary follow up
    • Coordinate internal and external off-site meetings
  • Work with Office Ops to plan all internal events (monthly socials, breakfast celebrations, holiday events, health and wellness events, charitable efforts, etc)

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in room management via Google Calendar
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet, change or adapt to any ambiguous situation and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple leaders, associates, or teams with Google Apps/Drive
  • Ability to maintain composure in a high-pressure environment
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
  • Mature, logical, strategic, polished, nuanced, quick-learner
  • Passionate about our mission and the opportunity to work in a top-tier startup environment

Bonus Points:

  • Startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization preferred
